These instructions apply when spacer is made of brassIf spacer is made of nylon, replace with brass spacer, PIN 320570&
1Avoid accidental starting of engine while changing propellers; twist and remove all spark plug leads2Place engine's shift lever in NEUTRAL

3Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to inner taper of large propeller thrust bushing and the propeller shaft
4Install thrust bushing onto propeller shaft with shoulder of thrust bushing facing aft5Install propeller on propeller shaft by aligning splines and pushing until it seats on the thrust bushing
