8Use pencil eraser to gently open the leaf valves to check the alignment of the valve over the portValves should be spaced evenly over portIf not, loosen mounting screws and reposition leaf valve
9After leaf valve is positioned properly, install remaining screwsTighten all screws evenly to torque of 25-35 inIbs(3-4 Nm)Installation
1Install seal onto the intake manifold Do not use sealer on the seal
2Remove old adhesive from threads of the leaf plate retaining screwsPrime the threads with OIVIC Locquic Primer and let dryApply OIVIC Nut Lock to threadsPosition the leaf plate assembly and install the screwsTighten the screws to torque of 25-35 inIbs(3-4 Nm)C[]
