Break-In Procedure To help ensure long engine life and prevent serious engine damage, the break-in procedure must be followed during the first 10 hours of operationThe ECU will automatically supply extra oil during the first five hours of operation Whenever used engine receives new powerhead or newly rebuilt powerhead, it is mandatory that the break-in procedure be initiated by using the OIVIC Diagnostic SoftwareImmediately verify proper oil system operation once engine is startedIf necessary, restrict oil return line between oil injector outlet port and check valve for 20 seconds after oil is present at the throttle bores
