Draining the System
&To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing, twist
and remove a" spark plug leads
INote Do not operate the engine out of water
disconnecting power steering hoses, wear safety glasses and place cloth over connections1Identify the pressure and sump nect them from the spool valve housing

2Place the loose ends of the hoses in suitable container3To drain the system: Crank the engine in short bursts until fluid flow stops Rotate the steering wheel from lock to lock until flow stops Tilt engine all the way up to remove all residual fluid
