Installation
1Lubricate the tilt cylinder with OIVIC Triple-Guard greaseSupport the power trim unit in position and insert the tilt cylinder pin2Install the electrical cable through the stern brackets
3Insert the spring clip to the tilt cylinder pin
I1!J In4Install the six bracket to manifold screwsApply OIVIC
53-Cylinder and V4Install the angle adjusting rod in same location as removed
Nut Lock to threads of the new screwsTighten the screws to torque of 18-20 ftIbs(24-27 Nm)

6V8Install the thrust rodsTighten the nuts on the two thrust rods to torque of 30-35 ftIbs(41-47 Nm)7Tighten the tilt tube nuts to torque of 50-54 ftIbs(68-73 Nm), then back off one nut 1f4 turn
