RectifierRegulator Replacement 1Disconnect the battery cables at the battery and the flywheel2Remove the rectifierregulator leads from the terminal board
3Remove the screws retaining the rectifierregulator to powerheadDiscard the gasket
4Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to new gasketPlace the rectifierregulator and gasket on the powerhead Install and tighten the screws to torque of 35-84 inIbs(4-9 Nm)5Connect the rectifierregulator leads to the terminal boardApply OMC Black Neoprene Dip to the connections6Reconnect the battery cables
