Starter Circuit Check
INote Battery must be fully charged
Procedure Remove black lead from ground at G)Connect voltmeter between G) and common engine groundTurn key to START positionVoltmeter should show battery voltageConnect meter at START position
Result aIf no reading, go to Step
Check voltage between ground and G)
Steps thru starter to solenoid cable from (j) to prevent starter engagement while making checks
m-Remove
bIf meter reads battery voltage, reconnect black lead to ground and go to Step
