4Place the swivel bracket between the stern brackets and attach the tilt cylinder
[] 5Install the tilt tube Install one thrust washer on each side of the swivel bracket as the tilt tube is pushed into place
6Install the locknutReplace locknut if definite resistance to tightening is not felt7Torque all stern bracket fasteners!
Torque tilt tube nuts to 50-54 ftIbs(68-73 Nm), then loosen one nut by Va to turn Torque screws, stern bracket to trim manifold, to 22-24 ftIbs(30-33 Nm)
8Install the tilt angle adjusting rod
