7Clean and degrease the exhaust housing and adapter mating surfaces with OMC Cleaning SolventApply OMC Gel-Seal I to adapter flange of the outer exhaust housing
[1!] 8Place the adapter onto the outer exhaust housingHand tighten the five small retaining screws

9Align the adapter with outer exhaust housing by placing two or more ofthe long powerhead retaining screws through the adapter and outer exhaust housing
