Powerhead Servicing Removal

1To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing, twist and remove all spark plug leads2Remove the two front rubber mount screws (port and starboard)

rn 3Remove the shift rod connector

4Remove the four exhaust housing cover screws port and two starboard)

5Disconnect the thermostat hoses at the cylinder heads
6Remove the two lower engine cover to rear exhaust housing cover screws and remove the rear exhaust housing cover
