Assembly

If removed, apply 0IVk: Locquic Primer and 0IVk: Screw Lock to the brush card screws before installing1Place armature in frame

2Apply OIVIC Extreme Pressure Grease to the brush holder cap armature bearing
3Correctly route the brush leads and install the springs and brushes

INote Incorrect

orientation of the brushes cou Id da mage the starter or cause reverse rotation4Compress the brushes and springs with modified putty knife5Align and place brush holder cap firmly on armature and slide putty knife out, making sure the brushes are retained properly

6Install thrust washer, and align and place end cap onto armature shaft
