Assemble remammg shims, new tab-lock washer, and impeller nut onto driveshaftTorque impeller nut to 16-18 ftIbs(22-24 Nm)Use new tab-lock washer each time, and bend tabs around driveshaft nut to secure10Assemble intake housing to main housingApply avIC Gasket Sealing Compound to threads of six retaining screws and install them finger tight only
Check for any rubbing or binding between the casing liner and impellerIf clearance is greater on one side, verify that the intake housing is centered Torque screws in crisscross pattern to 10-12 ftIbs(14-16 Nm)

Gate Adjustment

1Move remote control handle to NEUTRAL detent
