handle by driving the outer handle off with mallet and punchInner handle is bonded to the outer handleAfter removing, chip away remnants of inner handle
10Remove the throttle cable seal from the inner handleInspection
1Inspect the throttle cable for kinks and wearReplace if necessary
2Inspect the steering handle components for wear, cracks, or damageReplace parts if necessaryAssembly
