Assembly[1V4Lightly apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the tapered surface of new exhaust housing sealPosition seal inside the exhaust housing with tapered surface of seal facing up[] 2V6Apply OMC Adhesive sealant to the bottom flange of the adapterinner exhaust housingInstall new seal
3Install the water tube
4Apply OMC Gel-Seal II sealant to the adapter flange of the exhaust housingInstall the adapterinner exhaust housing onto the exhaust housing5Apply OMC Nut Lock to threads of the four retaining screws and torque to 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)Installation
1If removed, apply soapy water to the two lower mounts, and place the mounts in the exhaust housingOne side of mount is stamped "OUTSIDE" to indicate placementPosition the mount coversInstall the screws and torque them to 13-15 ftIbs(17-20 Nm)2Bring the exhaust housing into position with the stern bracket
