Inspect float needle and seat for wear or distortionReplace both pieces if necessary
5Float should be parallel with the separator cover for correct float height6Adjust the float drop with vapor separator cover in normal positionThe drop dimension to the bottom of float should be between 1-1'2 in(32-34 mm)

7Check the hoses and connections for damage
