VRO Pump Disassembly
All assembly screws in this VRO pump are Torx T-1 and T-15
There is compressed spring under the air motor coverHold cover down as screws are removedLift cover slowly to avoid injury
1Place pump on bench with air motor cover upHold cover down while removing Torx screwsRaise cover to relax spring pressure2Set aside cover, screws, vacuum passage -ring, and two springs3Remove the Torx screws securing fuel inlet housing to the intermediate housingAs you lift the fuel inlet housing straight up, the oil piston will be drawn out of the oil pump
rn 4Disconnect' oil piston and link from fuel piston and lay asideINote Handle oil
5Hold the intermediate housing with the air motor piston DOWN, and push the fuel piston downTurn the air motor piston counterclockwise to loosen, and spin the air motor piston offThe stem will unscrew from either the fuel piston or the air motor piston[] 6Remove the fuel piston and the air motor piston from the intermediate housingRemove the fuel chamber a-ring
