2Remove anchor block cover screw and remove the coverLoosen the throttle cable far enough to allow cable adjustment
3Adjust the throttle cable until there is 0.030 in(0,7 mm) between carburetor throttle cam and its roller4Verify that the spark lever screw is still loose
5With the engine not running, move the spark lever and throttle linkage rearward
