Electric Starter Service9.915 Removal
INote Disconnect the battery cables at the battery
rn 1Remove the two retaining screwsrn 2Disconnect the starter lead at the terminal bottom of the starter
3Remove rectifier from the starter bracket
Disassembly
Remove the following: 1Two thru-bolts
2Drive end cap and the armature from the frame and magnet assembly 3Brush end cap
