Bearing Housing Servicing
1Remove water pump assembly from bearing housing2Separate jet housing from bearing housing and driveshaft
3Remove retaining ring with snap-ring pliersWear safety glasses and proceed with care to avoid unsnapping the ring from the pliers27112
rn 5Warm bearing carrierwith propane torch to aid in housing removal of upper seal
Do not apply too much heat as seals or carrier may be damaged
OJ 4Remove O-rings from housing and discard
rn 7Place ofthe driveshaft until the sealacarrier isPress from the bearing housing assembly in pressimpeller end free from the
housingContinue to press bea,rings and driveshaft from bearing housing
