1Check all drillings and passages with syringe filled with isopropyl alcohol
2Visually inspect all gasket surfaces for nicks or irregularities3Check for excessive throttle shaft playCheck for throttle valve misalignment4If necessary, remove the calibration pocket core plug to inspect the pocket for damage or restrictions: [}] Drive small punch not more than 1fs in(3 mm) through plug and pry out Install new core plug with the convex side upSeat the plug using flat end punch and plastic malletApply Gasoila sealer to the rim of the core plug after it is II seated5If necessary, remove the lead shot to inspect passage for restrictions or leaks: []] Gently pry up on lead shot with sharp edged tool
