Driveshaft Bearing Housing Service The driveshaft bearing is not serviceableReplace the bearing housing if the bearing is worn or damagedAlso, inspect the driveshaft bearing surface if the bearing is damaged1Remove the driveshaft bearing housing seal using OMC Puller Bridge, PI 432127, and OMC Small Puller Jaws, PIN 432131Discard the seal2Remove the a-ring from the bearing housing and discard3Clean the bearing housing in solvent to remove sealer from the seal bore and the a-ring groove
