2Install float valve seat and gasket
3Install inlet needle, clip, float, and hinge pin
4Invert carburetor bodyCheck float height with OIVIC Float Gauge, PIN 324891Adjust float so top surface will touch lower gauge surfacebut will not touch upper surface If adjustment is necessary, do not put pressure on the inlet needle
5Adjust float dropWith carburetor body in normal positionthe float drop dimension should be 118 to in(28-41 mm)6Install nozzle well gasket 7Install float chamber gasket
8Apply OIVIC Locquic Primer and OIVIC Screw Lock to the float chamber screws9Install float chamber and four screwsTorque screws in an "X" pattern to 25-35 inIbs(3-4 Nm)10Install the carburetor body cover and gasketTighten the screws in an "X" pattern to torque of 15-22 inIbs(1 ,6-2,4 Nm)
