Assembly
1Install mandrel (Kit, PIN 342682) in vice and place spring around mandrel as shown
[] 2Place housing over mandrel and route hook end of spring through housing opening[] 3Place pulley, with shield, over mandrelSecure with pulley retainer (flat toward pulley) and left hand thread nut (Kit, PI 342682)
4Pull lightly on spring to eliminate slack and turn pulley counterclockwise with handle (Kit, PI 342682) until spring hook engages pulley hub slot
