12Install the carburetor body cover and gasketTighten the screws to torque of 8-10 inIbs(0,8-1,2 Nm), following sequence embossed on cover 13Install the idle mixture needle and springTurn needle carefully until it lightly contacts the seat; then back it off- 108 TurnsTurns
14Apply RTV silicone rubber adhesive sealant to screw after adjustment
Installation9.915 (305cc) 1Position new gasket on either side of the insulator and install on the intake manifold
2Install the carburetorTighten two retaining nuts securely
3Install the choke cable in link and attach to powerhead with clampTorque to 60-84 in Ibs(7-9 Nm)Attach hoses to carburetor nipples and secure with tie straps
