5Remove one of the 34 inlocknuts from the lower tilt pinRemove the pin from the stern brackets6Remove unit and bushings from stern brackets
7To install the hydraulic unit, lubricate the cylinder and tilt pin bushings with OMC Triple-Guard greaseInstall the bushings8Position the hydraulic unit between the stern brackets9Lubricate the lower tilt pin with OMC Triple-Guard greaseInstall the pinTighten the locknuts to 20-25 ftIbs(27-34 Nm)10Lubricate the upper tilt pin with OMC Triple-Guard greaseAlign the cylinder with the swivel bracketInstall the cylinder pin
