Assembly
[] 1Engage hook end of spring in pulley and install pulley into housing with spring in channel[] 2Install mandrel (Kit PI 342682) in vice and place assembly over mandrelSecure with pulley retainer (taper toward pulley) and left hand nut (Kit PI 342682)]3Install handle on pawl pin and turn pulley counterclockwise to pull spring all the way into housing 4Allow pulley to slowly unwind until tension is relieved[] 5Turn pulley counterclockwise approximately 4112 turns until opening for rope in pulley aligns with opening in housing and secure with tie strap around starter leg and handle6Route rope through housing into pulleyTie knot in rope and place in channel[] 7Hold rope taut and remove tie strap and handleAllow rope to slowly wind into starter8Remove nut and pulley retainer from mandrel and remove starter assembly
