9Position the water intake screen in the gearcase with tabs facing up10Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new impeller plate gasketPosition the gasket and impeller plate on the gearcase 11 Apply OMC Needle Bearing Assembly Grease to the impeller drive pin CDPlace the pin on the flat of the driveshaft12Oil and install new water pump grommet

13Lightly coat the exterior of the impeller cup with OMC Gasket Sealing CompoundPlace the impeller cup in the impeller housing Lightly oil the impeller blades and install the impeller in the housing in counterclockwise direction14Lightly apply OMC Triple -Guard grease to new impeller housing a-ringPlace the -ring in groove in bottom of the housing
