Ignition Component Replacement4 Ignition Coil 1Twist and remove cover to remove the spark plug lead and primary leads from the ignition coils2Notice the fastener and washer orientation before removing any screws3Remove the coil mounting screws and remove the coil and washers,
4Assemble the correct sequence of washers and locate the ignition coil on the powerheadInstall and tighten the retaining screws to torque of 48-96 inIbs(5,4-10,8 Nm)
5Apply light coating of OIVIC Triple-Guard grease to the ribbed portion of the spark plug ceramics and to the openings of each of the spark plug lead coversInstall the spark plug leads6Apply light coating of OIVIC Triple-Guard grease to the opening of each primary lead cover and install the coversObserve proper wire routing and ignition timingOrangeblue primary lead must be connected to the No.1 ignition coilIgnition Module 1the ignition module connectorDR3636
