[] 8Install the puller on flywheel with body flat side upSeat the shoulder screws completelyHold puller with its handle and tighten pressing screw until flywheel releases9Remove the flywheelInstallation 1Install the flywheel key as follows:
2, 2.3, 3.3Install the flywheel key parallel to centerline of crankshaft
with its outer edge
[] thruInstall the flywheel key with its outer edge parallel to centerline of crankshaft and single upset mark facing down2Clean the crankshaft and flywheel tapers with OMC Cleaning Solvent and let dryThese surfaces must be clean and dry to allow proper locking of the tapers 3Align the flywheel keyway and install flywheelCoat the threads of the flywheel nut with OMC Gasket Sealing CompoundInstall the nut and torque to the correct value See chart belowFlywheel Nut Torque Chart Models 2,2.3,3.3 5- FtLbs29-33 30-40 40-50
