8Remove throttle lever[] 9Remove carburetor body cap[] 10Compress spring throttle valve
and unhook throttle cable from from throttle valve
11Remove jet needle and retainer
12Refer to Carburetor Cleaning and InspectionAssembly
Before proceeding, be sure that all parts are perfectly cleanBe sure that all replacement parts match original ones in size and shapeReplace all gaskets, O-rings, and sealing washers each time you assemble carburetor
1If clip is removed from jet needlerefer to Carburetor Adjustment to determine correct slot2Assemble the jet needle in throttle valve
