Oil Component Servicing
Important The oil injector and oil distribution manifold are an assembly and cannot be serviced as individual componentsDo not interchange the oil injector with fuel injectordoing so will disrupt flow characteristicsDisassembly
1To avoid accidental starting of engine, disconnect battery cables at battery2Remove flywheel cover and air silencer3Remove necessary fuel components to allow access to oil componentsRefer to Section in this manual
OJ 4Disconnect oil outlet hose check valveInspect and replace
if necessary, and secure with clampsRed end of connection is on the engine side5Disconnect wire from oil pressure switchRemove oil pump inlet hose and pulse hosesW
