15Lubricate the O-ring with oil and install fuel filter on mount bracketTurn filter one-half turn after contacting bracketApply OMC Pipe Sealant with Teflon to nipples and torque to 11-15 ftIbs(15-20 Nm)Apply OMC Pipe Sealant with Teflon to sensor and torque to 15-20 inIbs(1,7-2,3 Nm)90 nipple must be positioned same as original alignmentDo not exceed 25 ftIbs(34 Nm)

16Apply OMC Nut Lockto screws and install heat shield and fuel filterTorque screws to 60-80 inIbs(7-9 Nm)Install inlet hose on outer nipple and outlet hose on inner nippleSecure with clamps17Apply OMC Nut Lockto screws and install water reservoir cover and new gasketTorque screws to 60-80 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
