Fuel System Pressure Test
Install 0-100 PSI (0-690 kPa) gauge, or Snap-on Digital Pressure Gauge FIUG6, to the fuel pressure regulator tapStart engine, gauge should show 20-30 PSI (138-207 kPa)Install 0-15 PSI (0-104 kPa) gauge, or Snap-on Digital Pressure Gauge FIUG6, to the vapor separator pressure tapStart engine, gauge should show 2-10 PSI (13,8-69 kPa)
Injector Unit Resistance Test
Measure resistance of coil inside injector unit
Injector Unit Resistance 0.850.95
Injector Unit Pressure Test
Remove necessary fuel components for accessTest must be performed while injector is installed in cylinder headCap outlet nipple and connect 0-30 PSI (0-207 kPa) pressure tester to the inlet nipplePump up to 30 PSI (207 kPa)Injector must hold pressure for minimum of minutes
