powerhead speed must slow down enough to allow operator to shift into NEUTRAL
What Could Happen?
If operator can't slow down the motor to shift into NEUTRAL gear, (stop propeller), operator cou ld panic at high boat speeds andor not be in control of the boat at low boat speeds
