Installation 1Place the exhaust housing in the steering arm and lower bracket 1221

2Apply OMC Locquic Primer and OMC Nut Lock to the threads of the upper mount screwsInstall the upper and lower mount screws loosely3Torque the screws

Upper two: 50-60 ftIbs(68-81 Nm) Lower four: 38-45 ftIbs(51-61 Nm)

4Attach the ground lead and star washer to the steering arm's starboard side5If necessary, replace the seal, exhaust adapter to lower engine coverAttach it with OMC Adhesive M6Install gearcase as described in Section 6
