17Place the wave washer on the pulley
between the flat washers

18Install new pulley retaining ring
19Coat pawl bushing with Lubriplate 777 and install in the pulley20Place wave washer

on the pawl bushing
21Coat the pawl shaft with Lubriplate 777

22Install the pawl shaft into the wave washer and bushing23Install center spring in the pulley
