lII11Install calibration pocket gasket and cover, and torque screws to 10-15 inIbs(1,1-1,7 Nm)
aID 2Install slow-speed needle and springTurn in needle until
it bottoms out, then back it out for initial setting 125RW2112 turns 125WT, 1303112 turns 200225tu rns 250turns
3Install intermediate air-bleed orifice tighten securely
in main body and
4Install side cover with new gasket, and torque screws to 24-30 inIbs(2,7-3,4 Nm)
5Install new float chamber gasket on the main body6Install float valve seat in float chamber7Clip float valve to floatValve's clip must face chamber's port sideInstall float assemblyTighten hinge pin retaining screw securely
