VRO Pump Disassembly
All assembly screws in this VRO pump are TorxT-10 and T-15
& There is compressed spring under the air motor coverHold
cover down as screws are removedLift cover slowly to avoid injury
1Place pump on bench with air motor cover upHold cover down while removing Torx screwsRaise cover to relax spring pressure2Set aside cover, screws, vacuum passage a-ring, and two springs3Remove the Torx screws securing fuel inlet housing to the intermediate housingAs you lift the fuel inlet housing straight up, the oil piston will be drawn out of the oil pump
[] 4Disconnect oil piston and link from fuel piston and lay asideINotel Handle oil piston carefully to avoid denting piston seal L;5;L_ _
