Inspection -
1Inspect the throttle cable for kinks and wearReplace if necessary2Inspect the steering handle components for wear, cracks, and other damageReplace if necessary
3Refer to Ignition System, Section 3, to test the stop buttonAssembly
1If removed, apply Loctite Depend 300 Adhesive to inner handle on areas shown
2Install the metal outer handle over the plastic inner handle and drive the outer handle into place
3Secure tab of the inner handle into recess of the outer handle with the steel pin
