13Oil and install the two main bearing assembliesThe split sleeve retaining rings should face away from the flywheel taper14Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to new upper crankshaft seal's outside diameterUse OMC Seal Installer, PIN 326567, to install the sealSeal lip must face bearing15Lightly coat new upper main bearing -ring with OMC Triple-Guard grease
