from motorDiscard end cap
[] 3If the bearing in the drive-end end cap is worn or damaged, replace the assemblyIf seals are worn or damaged, remove seals and spacerSave spacer[] 4Remove fiber thrust washer
armature shaft
[] 5Remove motor field assembly by lifting field up while holding armature down (to keep brushes and springs in place)[] 6Remove armature from armature-end end cap, being careful to avoid loss of springs CDRemove armature end a-ring Q) from end cap and discard7Inspect all components for wear or damageReplace parts as required
