INote To avoid damaging components or troubleshooting equipment, disconnect the battery cables before proceeding1Disconnect and remove the filter from the pedalCapacitor Test
1Connect one ohmmeter lead to filter YELLOW wire and the other ohmmeter lead to filter BLACK wire Resistance will start low and increase to infinity
(000Reverse the polarity and the resistance will drop to zero as the capacitors discharge, then increase to infinity (00)Diode Test
rn ohmmeter negative lead to filter BLUEfilter YELLOW wire 1Connect ohmmeter positive lead to and wire Ohmmeter must show no continuity Reverse the polarity of the ohmmeter and meter must show continuity2If your test results are different, replace the filter3Refer to Section for assembly informationOnOff Switch TestP.W.MModels
