Disassembly
1Hold the idler pulley with Stevens Strap Wrench, S-17, and remove the locknut
2Assemble from OMC Universal Puller Set, PIN 378103: Body, PIN 307636 Screw, PIN 307637 Handle, PIN 307638 Screws, PIN 309492 Washers, PIN 307640
3Install puller with body flat side upSeat shoulder screws completelyHold puller by its handle, and tighten pressing screw until idler pulley releases
4Remove the idler housing pivot screws and adjustment rod, and remove the idler housing
5Hold pump pulley with Stevens Strap Wrench, S-17, and remove the locknut
