1Be sure the manual release valve is screwed in all the wayRemove the retaining ring using retaining ring pliersRemove the manual release valve
[] 2Inspect the a-ring in the manual release valve for nicks and cutsInspect the rubber tip of the valve for tears or deformation8
3Remove the oil level plug from the oil reservoir
4Inspect the a-ring on the reservoir plugReplace the a-ring, if necessary
5Remove the two rigid steel lines connecting the tilt cylinder to the manifoldWhen removing the line from the top of the tilt cylinder, you will have to hold the tilt cylinder band nut with one wrench while removing the line connector with another6Both hydraulic lines have a-rings at each endInspect all four a-rings and replace a-rings if necessarypin
