Installation

1Place trimtilt unit into positionApply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the lower pin, and install the pin
& 2If loosened, tighten the tilt tube nut to torque of 50-54 ftIbs(68-73 Nm), then loosen one nut by 18 to 14 turn3Install external snap rings on lower pin with sharp edge of ring facing out
4Extend tilt cylinder rod to match with holes in swivel bracket5Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to upper pin, and install the pin
