Tilt Piston Removal

Using ONIC Tilt Cylinder End Cap Removerllnstaller,

PIN 326485, or ONIC Universal Spanner Wrench, PIN 912084, and
2Drain the fluid from above the piston
a breaker bar, unscrew the tilt rod end cap
rn andSlowly pullthe cylinder.out with rag wrapped around the 3the piston Drain the remaining fluid from the rod the top of

cylinder
4Inspect the bore of the tilt cylinder for excessive scoringIf the bore of the tilt cylinder is scored or damaged, the cylinder body must be replaced
