10Install the starboard locknutReplace locknut if definite resistance is not felt11Torque starboard tilt tube nut to 50-54 ftIbs(68-73 Nm), then loosen nut Va to 114 turn12Install the tilt cam and collar on the tilt tube13Install the steering shaft and thrust washer

14Install the steering shaft keeperApply CWIC Locquic Primer and CWIC Nut Lock to the splines of the steering shaft and lower mou nt bracket
15Install the lower mount bracket and new locking nut with its unstaked side facing the mount bracketAlign the bracket with the steering arm and torque the nut to 130-150 ftIbs(176-203 Nm)
