8Remove the steering friction bushing and washer from inside the bracket9Remove one of the spring clips from the shock absorber upper pin10Drive the pin out of the swivel bracket
11 Remove the nut and the washer from the end of the tilt shaft boltPull the bolt from the assembly12Lift the swivel housing from the stern brackets13Remove the bushings from the shock absorber rod end
