Timing Sensor Servicing Removal

1Disconnect the timing sensor plug
rn 4Lift the sensor support from the flywheel coverW
5Remove the screws securing the timing sensor to the sensor supportInstallation

2Remove the sensor support return spring from its post on the flywheel cover3Remove the sensor support retainers
1Install the timing sensor onto the sensor supportTighten the retaining screws to 10-14 inIbs(1,1-1,6 Nm)2Apply light coating of OMC Triple-Guard grease to the sliding surfaces of the sensor supportPosition the sensor support in the flywheel cover
3Position the sensor support retainersInstall and tighten the retainer screwssensor support rotates freelyIf it doesn't, find the problem and correct it
