4Install manifold screwsApply OMC Nut Lock to the intake manifold screws adjacent to the crankcaseStart with the center and expand outward, torquing in stages to 40-50 inIbs(4,5-5,6 Nm)5Check seals on the balance tubeReplace if necessaryLubricate seals and press balance tube into intake manifold
6Secure balance tube to cylinder block with the two retainers7Follow steps in Carburetor Servicing and install carburetors
